I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and everything was well-organised. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure that I had everything I needed. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious and provided a variety of options.

The property had free Wi Fi. The hotel was situated close to the Kaichuang Dadao bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance. We strongly recommend & would love to go back. There was free parking.

The hotel location is great, with clean and well-organised rooms. the bathroom had all the necessary amenities and was also cleaned regularly. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of Chinese cuisine to try. the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool and fitness centre.
Communication proved difficult due to language barriers, but the staff still tried their best to assist.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel was clean and well organized. I appreciated the fact that they offered a complimentary breakfast every morning, which included a variety of Asian dishes. The hotel's location was also convenient as it was located near several public transportation options.
The communication was a huge issue at this hotel. The staff struggled with speaking English, which made it difficult to assert my needs.

Another advantage was the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of Chinese and Western options to cater to different tastes.
One of the worst aspects of the stay was the difficulty communicating with the staff because of the language barrier. They didn't speak English very well, which made it hard to order food or ask for directions.
